I recently purchased a 2014 C250 and I'm unable to connect my iPhone X via Bluetooth or through a USB. When trying through Bluetooth, the phone won't even show up as an option. When trying through a USB, a message appears on the screen saying "unable to connect" or something along those lines.

Any suggestions? Do I need to have the software updated in the computer?

When you have the car searching for nearby phones, make sure your iPhone is unlocked and on the Settings > Bluetooth screen
