2010 mercedes GLK350
navigation

Hi, i have a 2010 GLK350 i bought a map update dvd for 2017 map update, I installed and after it done my navigation screen say activating navigation and as its loading up it shut off and turn back on and it keeps on repeating the issue i can't figure out whats going on, can you help me identify whats the issue.

Hi I would reinstall the map again and make sure you have the engine running or connected to a charger.

If you have a mulit cd/dvd.. try putting the 1st and 2nd disk in the 2nd slot instead of the first slot.
