if anyone experiencing similar problems as mine just know that torque converter fault doesnt turn on the check engine light since it is a mechanical fault. Just ask your mechanic to pull it out and replace it easy fix to all shudders and sluggishness being experienced.

Somewhat related to this. there is a backpressure sensor that might be faulty. This creates the sort of fluctuations. I changed mine when changing transmission oil and the fluctuations are gone now. The mechanic had to check with computer to detect this is faulty sensor.
