Thanks for your quick reply.
I did change the fuse in the front engine box, I changed fuse number 5 and 28 and replaced them with a 7.5A new fuses, it seems to solve the problem.
Also, I used to have the front right parking light always on and I always had to keep the light switch on Auto (so it will turn off). Now it seems the problem is solved. I don't know if they were connected, but it seems its working fine now.
PS: the old fuses were not broken.

Thanks for the advise.
I pulled out and reseated some 7.5 and other fuses and relays from the Fuse Box in front. Pulled off the battery terminals for 10 minutes and reconnected.
Voila, The Instrument cluster turned on.
Do try this......

I have tried that worked once now did the same problem just his tine dont work anymore and my butins from the stearing wheel dont work as well

Any corrosion of contacts in the front fuse box (a.k.a. front SAM)? Maybe reseat all of the fuses. Please identify the model year, not just the model. And if you ever want help with your engine, you will need to identify that, as well. There are many configurations for a C200.
