Door locks cycle while washing car
Am I the only one whose door locks cycle back and forth when you spray water on the (EZ-Go) door handles? I thought the sensors would operate on galvanic response of your skin, like the touch screen on your phone but maybe just any kind of pressure, like water being sprayed? Must be really bonkers when you drive through an automatic car wash ...

You have some sort of short in your door handles. Definitely not normal.

It's normal. Leave your keys far enough away from your car, or in your car, when washing your car.

When you are driving through a car wash, or in pouring rain, the key is INSIDE of the car (with you) so nothing like this happens. This ONLY happens if you and the key are outside of the car.

That being said, yes, it is very annoying, and the easiest solution is to set the key down somewhere about 2m away from the car while you're washing it instead of having it in your pocket

Keyless go locked and unlocked while washing car
Lock your vehicle with the remote and double click the lock button and it will shut off the feedback until you open it again manually( by pushing the key fob). The light on your key will turn on for a second when you do this.
