So today the hard drive started clicking, the radio cuts in and out every few seconds when the hard drive clicks and the buttons on the radio do not work. Im pretty sure the hard drive went bad. Can the hard drive be swapped from a working radio? would it work without a hard drive installed? would a non-navi radio work in its place? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The radio still not working without the hard drive. Guess I have to go find another radio.
