Lots of wind noise coming from the passenger rear door which I suspect was involved in car accident before. I am guessing either or both the green and red circled "thingy" should allow adjustment to door alignment, but how does it work?
Watched a couple of youtube video..but really haven't gotten a handle on it.
I see in this picture a very poorly installed door seal. I can see yellow adhesive holding it down, good chance it doesn't sit well when the door is shut. Also check the seals around the window when it's closed, there may be a small gap at one of the edges if the inner section of the door wasn't riveted in exactly in place. The green circled item is for accessing the bolt for the door handle and that's about it, the red is for a (missing) child safety lock
edit: you can also get wind noise if the door handle was installed missing its foam/rubber seal
I applied the yellow adhesive you see in the picture, I did it because the previous owner did not install correctly. I can re-do it but it's already a much better job than what the previous owner did.
The foam/rubber seal on door handle? You mean inside the door trim, right? I don't recall seeing much foam/rubber around the door handle components. I know there is this wire with a hook that goes into the door handle mechanism. Do you have a picture somewhere? Just trying to visualize.
