Rear Rotor Recommendations? Difference Between Brembo and PowerStop?

This is a daily driver with a lot of city driving. On the highway, I'll do 80 to 85. Standard driving...
I'd like a little more stopping power and to change the look.
I've looked at Brembo (drilled) & (drilled and slotted)
Brembo is $200 vs. $100 for PS
- Brembo is UV coated which is certainly better environmentally and exposure wise.
- Power Stop is zinc coated and states "Reversed engineered from OEM samples using G3000 grade iron".
Q 1 So they're both high carbon?
Q 2. How many pistons on the rear caliper? I read there is only one which seems hard to believe...
Q 3. Safe to assume the Brembo is better quality at high speeds? Say over 100 MPH?
Any insight is appreciated.

When I contacted FCP Euro and told them I wanted to track my car a couple of times a year for a trackday here and there, they told my to go with OEM replacement Zimmerman rotors (coated, will not rust) and EBC Yellow pads.
Now, obviously if you want to change the look, then you need to have someone else pipe in for their recommendations. But for stopping power, I believe the pads outweigh the rotors.
Hope this helps.

I'm going to use the . I'm not tracking the car but if I were yeah, I think you need something with more bite.

I went with akebono rear pads and Zimmerman rotors and the stopping is really good.

Was just reading Bridgestone's overview on pads.
