Weird noise coming from front part of car (Steering wheel)

Weird noise coming from front part of car (Steering wheel)
Hello guys,
I own a Benz W204 C200CDI 2007.
I notice that every time I push fast the Gas Pedal I will hear a weird sound that sounds like it comes in front of me.
The sound is low and I am sure it is not my suspensions because I don't hear any sound when I go through road bump or not well asphalted road.
It happens every time I push gas pedal fast and every time I release the pedal instantly (Especially at a speed above 50 km/h)
It sounds to me like it comes from inside of car. Not sure how to describe sound. No idea what causes it. It bothers a lot especially when radio sound is down.
Anyone had same situation?

@ChazThePhoenix Hard to Explain, I can describe it as nails scratching with eachother to to make a noise but a bit sharper.
Noise goes away after 2 seconds and it happens back when I release the gas pedal (if pedal is pushed) .

@Moo_Guzzi If car is neutral (not driving) I don't get that sound. I have not tried in neutral while driving, I will give it a try and let you know.
