Change the front grille to the single-fin SL-style one. Change the rear diffuser to the quad-tips style one and get quad tips. That's what I did with my car and it made a nice aesthetic difference where the car does not look like a regular common W204 anymore. I like the touch.

Can't advise you on that because I didn't touch it. I like the stock note which is sporty and civilized at the same time for me. I have the 300 M272 engine btw. You got the 350 M272 one.

Shop around, they can be found for considerably less than what the dealerships are asking.
Both will come primed and will require painting to your desired colour.
Since they are Genuine MB parts the fitment is PERFECT.

I have both and there is absolutely no difference in any measurable way other than I have a distinct visual appearance VS. other W204's.
You've already deleted the center resonator, so delete the two smaller resonators upstream of the center resonator. I have this setup with stock mufflers, and it's pretty nice. Louder than stock and more pops when cold but no drone.
I like the OEM grille with the three chrome horizontal trim pieces, but I had the silver slats painted black, and it's pretty sleek. I'd say do clear side markers, delete the bottom chrome door trim (C63's come stock without this piece), find some 2010-2014 facelift mirrors, get some mild drop lowering springs and OEM 18" wheels, and you'd have a really OEM clean look! This is just to my taste, though.
But whether you go OEM+ or really modified, get an ECU tune! I have one from Eurocharged, and the shift points, more responsive pedal, and additional power make the car so much more enjoyable to drive.
