Misfires please help

About 3 months ago i got check engine light for misfires 1,3,5 i switched all the spark plug and problem was gone and about 5 days ago i got misfires on 1,3,4,5 changed all ignition coils with OEMs and got the misfires again but only for 1, 3 ,4 when idling it shakes a little not really a shake but like a rumble anyone know what this could be? Thanks.
6 is closest to driver

Edit: please don't reply if you're going to be like the dude who replied first. I know to look up causes for misfires but I posted this in a w204 sub forum for a reason

Did you torque the spark plugs properly with a torque wrench? And did you make sure the coils are on fully? Did you use OEM plugs or aftermarket plugs?

Just a thought but swap the coils from the misfiring cylinders to the non misfiring cylinders and see if things change

No. fuel injectors are good. Engine compression is good. Can't seem to find the problem it's driving me nuts about to just give up and take it to the dealership

You might have bad coils, as I said unless u tried, swap the misfiring cylinders coils with the non misfiring cylinders coils. Mark them! If the misfire moves on all of them you have bad coils.

You replaced both the spark plugs AND the ignition coils?? If everything is misfiring there’s probably something to do with how you did things.
