What is the easiest way to run a wire from inside the car to the hood?

What is the easiest way to run a wire from inside the car to the hood?
I'm trying to hookup my dash cam and it seems it would be a much shorter route to the hood, to get to the fuse box, rather than all the way back through the trunk. But I'm not sure where I can get a wire through.

Its a 2014 C300 sedan
