C250 Rough Idle in Reverse

C250 Rough Idle in Reverse
Hello I am trying to track down the cause of a rough idle. The idle is rough enough to be felt when sitting in the driver seat. It gets even worse when the car is put into reverse and even more worse when the wheels are turned while in reverse.
I have no codes and have done some maintenance including plugs , plug seals , valve cover seal , throttle body clean and replaced the turbo mini tube on intake tube. I have checked for vacuum leaks visually and have not been able to find anything. The car drives very well and has no issues other than a rough idle. I was going to clean the MAF but I cannot find one. I see the map and boost but no maf.
Tomorrow I will put my carsoft on data stream and check fuel trim and 02 sensors. Does anyone know what the value range is for a functioning b1 s1 sensor ?
Any additional ideas would be greatly appreciated. This is one I cannot figure out.
