Ambient temp sensor
My wife's 2011 C300 4Matic popped a checked engine light. Put my code reader and I get P0072 Ambient temp sensor. Looked on the dash and sure enough no outside temp on the dash reads _ _ _*. Pulled the underbody off and checked sensor and wiring and all looks good but I ordered a new sensor anyway cause it's not expensive. The wiring looks great as does the wiring clip that goes into the sensor. Still no temp and CEL is still on. Drove it for 10 minutes but still not reading.
Any thoughts or ideas as to what to look at next. A/C is working fine, car seems to be running fine after a week or so of daily driving.
