Rpm dropping slow

Hello, don't know and cant find what can cause this problem. Basically when driving normally, in a city, normal rpm at a red light stop is 600, but mine at a complete stop is about 850 and it takes 4-5 seconds to drop to normal 600. When AC is on my rpm, at a stop, stays at 700 and wont go down to 600. It happens not all the time and after driving like this for 15 min everything goes to normal eventually. Basically the engine still has some throttle even at a stop. Anyone has any idea in what can cause this or had this problem before?

Spark plugs were changed about 7k miles ago.

Sounds like there is an intake leak. Make sure the air cleaner and all the intake ducts are seated properly. Any check engine lights?

Any solutions found?

i have a 2010 c63, was doing some WOT pulls with 4 bodies (including myself)

after relaxing and cruising after one of the pulls, i noticed my RPMS sluggish in every mode..
WOT pulls now the rpm’s will take maybe like a second or two longer to climb, and when it shifts to the next gear the RPM needle doesn’t quickly drop down anymore, it’ll gently “float” down to the next gear..

i know i’ve needed an intake for a while, i’m guessing the intake finally kicked the boot?
