Post facelift 2011 S204 C Class C200CDI

Long story short I had a disagreement with a high kerb after trying to get out of the way for a police car to pass and lost the battle. Scraped the left front bumper and the dual foglight and DRL? housing. I say this because I'm not exactly sure if it is a DRL- I can't work out how the light goes on and not convinced it ever does. I need to replace the black housing which you can see I scraped in the picture. I cannot find this part anywhere. Whenever I look for diagrams or part numbers I find the housing for the single foglight, or the single LED bar DRL. I can't find this weird dual light housing that I have. Would really appreciate some help if anyone knows the part number, or a source of a replacement.
