14 C250 No start issue

Hello, I purchased my first 2014 Mercedes C250 W204 2 months ago and sadly I already have an issue. I drove it all day, left it home and went out to dinner. Came home started it up and went to the store no problems, came out of the store and my car wouldn't start out of the blue. I didn't have any previous issues at all, car ran perfectly, no check engine light or anything. I have all dash lights, I am able to turn the key to the start position, and can put the car in gear. The steering wheel unlocks, windows, lights, everything works, but there seems like no power to actually start the car. I checked the battery (12.1 v), I checked the starter and fuel pump fuses, no blown fuses. Tried to jump start it with no luck. I have it scheduled to be towed in to the shop tomorrow but before I do I hope somebody has some advice. It seems like it could be something simple, but I just do not know what. Here is a video of what is happening. I'd appreciate any feedback.

Sorry for the video being sideways

Have the battery recharged and have it LOAD-TESTED. Some of the auto parts stores do this for free.
12.1V is low. Fully charged battery should read 12.6V

Update: Took the car to a local Import repair shop near me and was told it was the starter. $450 later, the starter has been replaced and she is starting up again. The mechanic told me he never usually has to replace starters on C classes so hopefully it wasn't just a temporary fix....

I also have not read/seen other C-class cars needing starter replacement. Glad your car has been fixed.

If I were you, I'd still try to figure out why battery voltage is only 12.1V.
