Would you happen to be in Toronto? If so, do you mind sharing your tech's info? I'm looking to have my motor mounts done on a 2008 C350 4matic and the prices are all over the place.

Many, many thanks for your very informative posts.
FYI... FCP Euro and other people have commented that the M276 engine doesn't have the carbon buildup issue due to Direct Injection that others have seen.

You mentioned your teach was able to do the motor mounts in 3 hours? Every place I asked I am getting 8-12 hour quotes... Are you located in CT lol

Sorry for the late response! I'm not in CT, but my mechanic moved back to the Eastern world to take over the land/farm from his parents. I have a feeling the guy is living like a king at the moment, and not worrying about turning a wrench anymore, haha.

I think it depends on if you have RWD or 4matic AWD. I was able to replace my engine and transmission mounts in about 4 hours. First time always takes longer. I have a RWD C350 Sport.

EDIT: I know this response is almost a year late.
