Wheel offset confusion

I was confused regarding wheel setup so I read through 20some posts on rims and offsets on here and just confused myself even more.
I have a 2013 w204 with the 17" staggered setup (225/45/17 et47 front & 245/40/17 et58 rear).
My question is... I found myself some 18" rims that are 8.5" wide with a et35 all around, would i be able to do 225/40/18 et35 front & 255/35/18 et35 rear without rubbing and problems? Would it look ok?

thanks for your help in advance

Edit: They also have the wheels in a et45 setup i believe, would those be any better?

So if i get these rims with +45et would you think i would have a problem? The only thing that looks off is there will be a slight positive scrub radius.
I really want to get them but im trigger shy because I want to hear the opinion of someone who knows more about the fitment of wheels on our cars.

Sooo, does anyone foresee 8.5" rims with +45et being a problem? Just want some reassurance before i pull the trigger on the purchase.

One more thing, remember with 4Matic you have to keep tire diameter very close from front to rear

Thanks Tom, I'll keep the dimensions of the tires the same as the 18" OEM setup. I'm only concerned about the offset and how it'll look on the car.
