2012 c class 250 sport radio is not working. i checked all fuses and the fuse behind the radio i checked fiber optic cable and it blinks red a couple of times. i have no clue how to fix this. i checked the amp on the left side fire wall and dont see no corrosion or anthing wrong . radio FM/AM/bluetooth play music but no sound comes out.. someone please help.

Music plays on Am/Fm and Bluetooth but NO SOUNDS AT ALL... im trying to pin point it myself so it would be alot cheaper but will take it to the shop if i cant figure what is wrong.
