You might have to buy the entire display screen unit which are available in the $400 range on eBay. I don't remember the actual screen part number to look it up. If you can take apart yours, you can try to find one which is how I did it. BTW, the wiring that supplies the power to the screen rubs along the screen sheet metal frame which causes it to short. I covered that area with kapton tape to avoid future shorts with the new screen.
Buying the entire screen assembly may cost more, but it's a lot easier to replace even though you still may want to open it and apply the kapton tape, or similar in the corner region to avoid shorting.
I found the part number, LB070WV1-TD01 New 7" inch LCD screen display for car navigation. This is what I bought to replace my screen on my 2008 c300. Verify the part number for your application to be sure. They are available on eBay in the $200 range. Youtube has instructional videos on removing the display unit. Good luck. Mine still works after replacing it six years ago.
