Have you got it set to "manual"-I found if set to automatic, the part that feeds the rear has to manually set to cold everytime after car is started, otherwise your car heats up from the rear as its cooled from the front, setting it to manual solved that, thats how I use it now, this of course is if it can make inside cool at all.

Do you have it set to auto or do you manually set the vent position and fan speed? Regarding your AC system it can be anything from a physical component throughout the system, a controller issue or a temperature sensor. You’ll need a set of AC manifold gauges to check the pressures of the low and high side. You’ll need STAR to check the rest. Is there a shop nearby where you live?

If it is intermittent problem can be caused by over filled system and can cause blowing hot air sometimes, best thing is to full evac and charge buy correct amount with scales etc.
