Is there a way to switch Instrument Cluster’s Country config?

Hey I bought an EU configured amg cluster for the amg menu, I live in the US does anyone know of a way to go about switching the programming from EU configuration to US config perhaps through Vediamo? Also wanted to know how I can update the firmware on the cluster as it’s out of a 2012 model so it has the older Black and Tan display as opposed to the newer comand firmware black and silver color way my head unit has. I have the Audio 20 infotainment system. Any positive advice is appreciated. Thanks.

The amg cluster responds just as my factory non amg cluster does. All the gauges work, no issues, just the matter of switching programming from EU to US and getting the newer firmware the ‘13-‘15 year models come loaded with is all I desire. As my car’s a 2015 c250 coupe and factory cluster has the black and silver color scheme. I am able to have the cluster display in miles per hour on lcd screen through cluster settings however when having the amg menu displayed it shows mph on top of screen but displays km/h at the bottom, based on some pics/ vids I’ve seen people are able to select different things to have displayed at bottom of screen of amg menu display, however I’m unable to do so with the current firmware stored on the cluster. On other display modes for the cluster it has outside temperature set to read in Celsius as opposed to Fahrenheit and unfortunately I have no settings to change this. The readings of oil and coolant temp in Celsius on amg menu are fine, as that’s the factory unit of measure on my US cluster for the coolant temp gauge. But yeah, everything works, just a few settings that I desire need changing.
