2012 c250 “bad Harman Becker amplifier ?
So yesterday ......... it rained a little .. smfh .. these damn Benz don’t like the rain lol.. past experience with this bs .... but anyways .. It rained and now I have no sound from my stereo system ... everything works ... the knob. .menus ... the gps works .. my sd card reads .. everything works even back up camera .... but no sound 🤔🤔🤔... so I started to tear everything apart to take a closer look at rear components and fuses ... all the fuses where good from trunk and engine bay .. I did a reset on radio ....checked the components in trunk when I notice on the driver side where the amplifier was a little wet .. I managed to take it out when I seen water on the inside of plug .. so I decided to take it out.. I took the whole amplifier apart .. fried it with heat gun . Didn’t notice anything wrong with circuitry.. so I put back together .. and still no sound ????
I have the multimedia package.. so I know I got four wires to speakers? What if I decided to put an aftermarket amp ??
whats else should I check and how !?
