Battery Replacement Question

No expert, but it appears the AGM (absorbed glass mat) technology that Mercedes uses for OEM is pretty darn good. My original battery is still doing well after almost six years.
I did some checking and most batteries are sold now with either a 3 or, less commonly, 4 year replacement warranty. The old concept of "60" or "72" month batteries with pro-rated replacement seems to have gone away.
My car uses the H7 size and I saw a 3-year Interstate H7 at Costco the other day for $147, which seems like a fair price.
