How to reset in w204 2010 comand system
Hi Im new here, I have a question I just bought a w204 2010 and the previous owner have lot of address and phone numbers I want to delete all this things but in my mercedes doesn't have any command to delete all data or reset system. It have around 1000 addres and I can't delete all one by one. Does it have any solution for that. Sorry for my bad english.

Did you check in the settings section of Comand? In my 2013, in the settings, it offers a "Factory Reset". Do you not have this option?

No doesn't, have I read in internet have a secret menu it called engineering menu but I don't know what have that menu I think the menu is for professionals services and if I do reset from that menu maybe it can reset all things like car services history or I don't know
