C-class 200CDI
Question about this noise

Hello,

Car model: Mercedes-Benz, C-class, T-model (S204), 200CDI (Blue efficiency, 100kW / 136HP) first registration: 01/2010

The car just got registered and passed the technical inspection test. They gave it a good and long shake on the suspension testing machine.

A few days later I am noticing strange noises when driving and I am suspecting the rear-subframe problem (first I thought it was from the stuff in a car trunk that is moving but I have this all the time).

They told me that it is time to replace the middle exhaust pipe section because of corrosion. Is this some big cost?
If I need to replace the rear-subframe is it ok to replace also rear shock-absorbers and all arms? It would be great if someone can give me part numbers so I can check them online.
I recorded the sound here:

Thanks
Alex
