ESP light randomly turns on

ESP light randomly turns on
Hello,
i am currently in another country(Lithuania) and my car comes suddenly with 2 problems.
i am driving a c200 cdi estate from 2009
problem 1:
i start my car, and in a few seconds it shows the ESP error, with the issue of not going above 1000rpm.. and basicly shutting down again. I try to avoid this problem by trying to give gass till it raises. But the cars max rpm becomes 3000 as limited. Yet the light still glows and the car sometimes wants to fall back below 1000rpm and shuts off.
Happend 2 days in a row. And after i could use it for 2 days with no light, but today it popped and did show me the problem again.
do you people have any suggestions how i can solve this problem
Problem 2:
i randomly am getting cold wind from outside near my feet, mostly the passanger seat, i tried to close the gaps with tape, but it works just slightly,
when i turn on the heater , and remove the option for feet, it still blows air (cold) but when i turn off the whole heating/ventilation it does stop. So currently it is or heating with freezing feet, or no heating at all.
please tell me some of you people have experience with this and know how to solve one or both of these issues, (prefered the esp one)
