Surprise extra bit

First seen today

Filling screen wash up and seen this ( first time) Any clues what it is could be or will be Engines fine and dandy air con worksheets up ok steering is fine Be gentle please am not a car mechanic person Thanks

Have you extracted it yet..part number on it or looks similar to one of the accessory pulleys still attached ? Some one changed out a shot/noisy pulley and left it to fall into a nice home !?
