C3004matidriver

Hi everyone, new to the forum and this is my first thread. A couple of months ago, my 2015 C300 started making a squeaking noise when I turn the steering wheel. This happens sitting still or driving, so I don't suspect the brakes. I'm about to do my second oil change and I always rotate my tires and inspect my brake pads while I have the car on jack stands. I'm wondering if it needs a lube job or something. Any suggestions on what to look for will be appreciated.
