Where is the coolant temp sensor location on a 2012 C250? I see 1 that is on the thermostat housing, but it there another one? Car runs like crap once it warms up,barley idles. I have the CEL lights on for the thermostat and will be changing that in a day or so when new thermostat housing comes in. I also have the P0135 code up as well as the P0017. Could problem be coolant temp sensor or O2 sensor?

Were you able to find the location of the coolant temp sensor? Currently working on fixing this myself, but the little documentation online surrounding this issue has been cumbersome. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

What I found was that the only coolant temp sensor is inside the thermostat housing. It is replaceable, OR a new thermostat should come with sensor already in.

Greatly appreciate your help, will look into this further as the coolant temp sensor is supposed to arrive tomorrw.
