Unhappy Cylinder Misfire

Hello,
This is my first post here. my check engine light recently came on, code came back as a cylinder 6 misfire. I don't know much about car engines entirely, but I already changed the spark plug (gapped correctly and everything) and it didn't seem to change. Car has a rough idle and first gear. What's the next step I should take?

What is the year, VIN and mileage on this car? How long have you owned it?

- any leaks under the car or in the engine bay?
- what is the level of the coolant in the reservoir? Please post a photo showing the fluid level.
- what does it sound like in the engine bay?
- what does the exhaust smell like from the tailpipe? Is steam coming from the tailpipe with a fully warmed up engine?
- smoke from the tailpipe?
- is there any sludge or goo under the oil fill cap?
- remove a cam magnet electrical connector - is there any oil present?

did you change coil packs?
That might be the culprit.
