W204 bleeping after engine off

Hi all, I have recently been to garages and Mercedes specialists over the phone to try and diagnose an issue.

I apologise if I am in the wrong place as this is the first forum I've actually used in my life.

I have a C class w204 c220 2009. Whenever the car is off wether its locked or not I get a beep every couple of minutes. It comes through the speakers loud enough my neighbours are complaining.

As stated a mercedes specialists said hes never heard of this issue and a stand alone garage has just given me the car back stumped. Im at a loss as to what it could be.

Any help or advice would be greatly greatly appreciated.

Seeing you say its coming from your radio, look at things around it which could work through it, even voltage picked up by say blutooth if enabled. I am not sure if radio and car manual has that info in it, it wont cost you to study that. Maybe the radio system can be powered down and restart etc, not sure if car codes will reveal what the radio system does regardinf faults in it, alarms from it, just a wild thought.

Hi,
Take it to a Mercedes dealer (not specialists) for scanning and diagnosis, I suspect there could be something going on with the command unit either way since it happens all the time should be no problem to diagnose.
