Dealer recommended services.. What to do first?

2010 w204 C300 Sport Flexfuel

Got towed to the dealer May 2020 for a $1,400.00 ESL motor. Along with my visit I was quoted $9k to repair various suspension bits and etc.
A rear flex disk "starting to crack"
My car has code 483 for dynamic handling package so I can only buy the electric struts ($800-$1,300 a piece).. dealer said current ones are leaking fluid.
A tranny fluid and filter change.. dealer said this one is mileage appropriate (was at 130k miles, now just over 140k)
Upper and Lower control arms
Stabilizer bars
Centrifugal oil cover leak (Ive repaired this one already)
....
Just wondering how much urgency should be placed and where? Car makes noises when I drive over bumps on uneven and/or paved roads, there's some body roll when turning tight corners. When I shift it into drive it vibrates and is kinda loud..

The flex disc "can" wait if it's just "starting" to crack. Regarding the rest, I would get them done as soon as possible because a failure in a suspension component while driving could end in dangerous consequences. I'd also get the transmission fluid and filter changed if you plan on keeping the car for a while.

HI,
Did you ask them to go searching for the 9K or did they happen across it at the same time?
I think you need to have someone verify the findings, possibly sway bar bushes and the driveshaft flexi disc fix straight away.

Service the trans and leave the shocks see how to drives then decide if you want more pain.
Not sure what your car is worth but sounds extreme spending 9k on a car which may not be worth much more.

If it's possible I'd get a second opinion at an indy shop if you have access to one Often times they do not charge as much as dealers. GL!!

Go to an Indy shop. An 11 year old car will eat you alive in repair costs at a dealer. Other options are to buy a new vehicle or DIY the repairs.

Prioritize the repairs based on what bothers you most. The dealer is looking into your pocket and trolling for as much money as possible to extract.
