Please and Thanks!!!!
The High Pressure Fuel Pump on W204 C250s is covered by an Extended Warranty for 10 years or 120,000 miles. Unless you’re outside of those ranges, take it to the nearest Mercedes Benz dealer.
There a torque convertor recall for the m271 engines or is it an extended warranty like the camshafts and hpfp?
Edit: what countries is the TQ recall/extended warranty applicable to? I can't find much information on the pdf

I dont really know if there is a recall for the torque converter but if its in xentry is cuz mercedes got so many complains about it. Mine does the same sometimes. AWFULL CAR.
I dont think so. My car had a bad hpfp and I never got the recall letter cuz I'm the 2nd owner. When it went bad I took the car to the dealer in Mercedes of Foothill Ranch (if you can avoid this dealer and Mercedes of Laguna Niguel I highly recommend. They are same ownership and their prices for parts are 4x any other dealer around) and the told me Mercedes is not covering the repair cuz the car had 10 years and 3 days since the license was issued. Eventho its a 2012 model the car was sold dec 2011 and no luck. I called mercedes they were so rude and they told me NO again. This car is a piece of ****. Never had a car with so many problems like this one. Oil cooler leaking, main seal leaking, rear seal leaking, transmission seal leaking, screen failure, tpms failure, coolant reservoir leaking, steering pump leaking from the reservoir, oil cap leaking, etc. Everything its already fix but took me too much time and effort to avoid paying 220$ an hour at the dealer.

Just got mine done for the last time last week. Mine expires next month. I'm guessing they're finally going with a new pump or maybe updated the sensor and/or software. Let's hope it lasts. It got really bad in the last two years.
I also second the terrible service at Laguna Niguel and Foothill Ranch. Same owner. I took mine there for my last recall on this issue and had them do an oil change while they had it. I drove from there all teh way to Huntington Beach on the 405, and only when I went to park did I notice the trail of engine oil. Yes, drove 45 minutes with a loose drain plug. BTW they're not supposed to drain the oil through the plug per instructions from Duetschland. Mistakes happen but they were so bad with customer service, and I didn't even get mad at them. They were supposed to flatbed the car to the dealer and back home, which I insisted since I essentially was adding mileage for all the services/warranty works, and even though they agreed, they had some really smelly and sweaty person drive it to my home instead...no calls, no apologies, no respect. Terrible shop. Taking a C- class to Newport Beach/Fletcher Jones wasn't that bad.

Yes. That's what a warranty means. I don't know if you need to be the original owner or not though. I wouldn't think so, since the warranty is for the vehicle and not the ownership. Depends on what category of recall it is and how much Federal Government involvement there is probably.
