2012 mercedes c250
Starting problems

So I own a 2012 Mercedes c250 and it hasn’t been starting lately. On a regular day I would insert the key, you would hear the little zip noise it makes, and I’d be able to start the car on the first try, but nowadays every time I insert the key, I don’t hear any zip and the car doesn’t start. It doesn’t even read my key.
I’ve already tested the battery and changed the battery in the key fob but still nothing. I don’t know what to do

We have a 2012 C250 coupe.

We had starting issues too.

The dealer replaced the ignition - steering wheel lockout for us.

Start up now OK.

all the best,
