ESP (n30/4) trouble codes: C2000 and C3208

ESP (n30/4) trouble codes: C2000 and C3208
Hello everyone,
I am looking to buy a 2011 C250 4matic (142k km). When I scan the car using my BlueDriver reader the codes that pop up for ESP (n30/4) are:C2000: The supply voltage of control unit "N30/4 (Electronic Stability Program control unit)" is too low (undervoltage) - NOT PRESENT
C3208: One or more signals sent from control unit "Combustion engine" via the CAN bus is implausible - NOT PRESENT
I was wondering if this is a serious issue (bad ESP control unit for example) or minor issue (maybe a bad battery/low voltage)? The current owner/seller did mention that they replaced the battery recently (~1month ago).
