W204 ICARSOFT 2.0 MB OBD2 diagnostic machine SAS recalibration not working.
I have an issue with my 2012 2.2 220 CDI facelift
I had a fault with the steering wheel clockspring squib, both ribbon cables had completely failed bring up the SRS (airbag light) and the ESP lights. I replaced the whole steering wheel column unit which includes the control stalks, clockspring squib, and steering wheel senor (SAS)
After the replacement I can clear the airbag fault, but ESP light say on because of the steering angle sensor / N80 is giving an implausible reading. So I attempted to do the steering angle sensor recalibration using my new ICARSOFT 2.0 MB OBD2 diagnostic machine. But I just get connection faulted when attempting the road test option. I have since replaced the original steering angle sensor with the new clockspring squib, same issue.
Has anyone else had this issue and maybe able to give me a pointer.
Thank you
