2013 C250 SAM/CAN Bus issue?
I don’t know where to begin as far as testing. I can tear into the floor boards and expose it all, have a multimeter, but wondering what I should look out for.
thanks in advanced, and will keep you updated. See attached video for current “fix” lol.

Assuming that you would follow Plutoe’s recommendation 2 and keep driving the car, have you considered an indie mechanic in your area who specializes in German cars? They often work at about ½ the rate of the dealers.

Stomping on the drivers side floorboard temporarily stops the issue. I’m not too advanced in mechanics but have some fair experience and not even close to financially stable enough to go pay 160$/hr at the dealer. I’ve narrowed it down to either a SAM module issue (don’t think this is the problem) or a CAN Bus issue (due to location/temporary fix).

Nothing major, it's either water intrusion or a funky ground screw in the "driver footwell" area causing your F-SAAAM to act up.
Can you see any sign of past water in SAM enclosure ie. corrosion??
A good SCAN will help you figure what's getting disrupted.
Do you have schematic and related skills?? This will help you corner your issue.
