So I bought this car that had been sitting for last 3 years. Battery was totally dead but car ran fine with parked. I put in new battery. When you put key fob in ignition you can hear the steering unlock sound. The dash will also come on. But it will not start or even attempt to make any kind of starting noises. The electronics in the car are strange. The headlights work and interiror lights work. The windows do not work or turn signals or wipers. The radio does not come on. The key fob buttons do not seem to work anything. I replaced the batteries in that a well but didn't do anything. I have checked all the fuses and everything seems to be fine.
