Poor Microphone /calls can I upgrade?

Poor Microphone /calls can I upgrade?
2010 C300 HK speaker package.
ISSUE: When ever I have a call incoming or outgoing the person I'm talking with can't barely hear me unless I'm stopped.
They are telling me they hear tons of noise (road, wind and all).
So I basically just use my phone which is stupid. I tried
WHAT I'VE TRIED: I tried updating the system from MB dealer, I tried 4 different phones (2 apple 1 Samsung 1 LG), I tried talking near my rear view mirror, near the ignition. (I don't really know where the mic is located) I have tried manually setting up using a link I found on the forum.
QUESTION: Can I simply retrofit a oem microphone?
Can I somehow use an aftermarket microphone without losing anything. Can I relocate the stock microphone.?
