What size tire do you have ? Many people have put too tall of a tire and crack their fenders. You cannot go over 225/45/17. A 225/50/17 tire will bottom out on a pothole andcause this issue.

I have 19” rims and remember having 235/35 tires on them. still plenty room to fit though. i saw from tire that it took a small piece from it but thats it so I’m pretty sure that it was bcs of that one hole in the road

Plenty of room when the car is sitting on level ground may not be plenty of room when the suspension is at maximum compression. The 245/35R19 tires are 0.5 inches taller and 0.39 inches wider than the 225/45R17 tires. I’m sure it was the pothole, but that small difference in tire size may have been just enough to cause interference with the fender. I’ve driven my W204 off-road on my undeveloped property in a place better suited to US pickup trucks and never had this problem with standard tires.
Now on to how to fix. I’m not trying to be sarcastic or funny. The fender is not kinked or crumpled, so you may have some limited success by placing one of the floor mats between the fender and a sturdy 2 foot (60 cm) board and hitting with a 4 pound (2 kg) mallet. No guarantees here, though.
The damage does not look severe, so a competent auto body shop probably has equipment that can restore it to near original shape for a reasonable price. Good luck.
235/35/19 has a diameter of 25.5", if they are winters, it might be even more. The stock diameter with 225/45/17 is 25" and the optional 18s with 225/40/18 is 25.1". You are talking about optional C63 tire sizing and the amg's have wider fender to prevent this issue.

I'm pretty confused about how this even happened to be honest. I can admit that last summer I drove like maniac over some holes which I didn't see but got zero damages. And I have pretty hard suspension that doesn't really give up that much. What comes to fixing it is that will change it for a new one that costs less than going to repair this as you can't use PDR-fixing anymore.

Yeah I know we discussed these diameters with the tire dealer and ended up with our calculations that I don't need to go to 235/30/19. The biggest worry was that are 19" too big that I can't rotate my wheels fully. Actually found a picture from last summer when I got those wheels.
This can still happen with spec tires. Particularly if your car is loaded and you brake while attacking a 90 degree left hand on ramp. It pulls the fender out like you see here.

Yeah I'm aware of that. I expected it happened on that one curve close my house where is a big hole while turning into the left
