I was working on 2012 C250 and found some sections of the fuse box not working in the engine compartment whereas the rear fuse box is completely out.

The marked areas with blue arrows on the image below have power but not the blue circles

As I recall there are large fuses on the rear of that assembly.

Do the fuse boxes get their power from the prefuse box next to the battery?
Is there a way to check the fuses in the prefuse without opening the box? may be from the red wires leaving the box in the bottom.
I have opened the box and found a bout 5 fuses on the same white metal plate and they are not separate fuses and when I was checking them for continuity turned out that all have continuity. I do not know if I did it right or because they are attached to the same plate...
