Low voltage
I have been trying to fix my car for a while now. It got to the point that the battery is not holding voltage long enough and drops to 7 vols.
I am charging the battery from another car where the voltage gets up to over 13 volts during charging. While charging I am scanning the car to identify the culprit.
The scanner is still giving low voltage. I know the battery may be bad but why do I get low voltage on the scanner despite of the reasonable voltage to start the car at the time..
