power steering issues

so my power steering fluid is seeping out thru the top of my resevour any help?

I have not over filled. I should probably mention the deep whine the car makes and the hard steering.

W204 C200, BMW E30 M3, 1980Gt Mini, Toyota Corona, KTM 200 EXC.

Are your front tyres pressures at the correct level and is the oil level spot on exactly not over fill by a little bit?

the whining and hard steering are signs of the power steering pump going/being bad. Pictures of the leakage may help. These pumps have the bearings go bad and leak from behind the pulley I think.
