2012 C350 - Worth It
I'm looking at getting a 2012 C350 but it has a few issues. The front suspension is leaking and needs replacing, there is a B275013 - drivers squib for the sidebag error code which I can get a warrant of fitness and a catalytic converter issue.
I talked with the local MB branch here and they said it was $2400 for the new suspension (each side) but can go aftermarket. Do you know if these models have electronic suspension which you can use aftermarket kits on or I am seeing if I can use a pair from a wrecked 2008 C300. Would this work?
Also the B275013 - drivers squib for the sidebag. Is that an easy fix, loose cable or connection or replacement products?
Any insights would be appreciated.

Completely disregard that suspension price, buy genuine springs and shocks from somewhere like Pelican parts for very good price, then ask around local shop to install them.
Yes you could purchase used assembled struts just check the prices of new first at Pelicans to get a feel for prices.
I would think Mercedes would be replacing the airbag as part of the global recall.
I'm not sure what you mean by a leaking suspension.
It seems you may be new to Mercedes, so you want to get a Mercedes-specific scan tool. I recommend the . It's under $200 and will save you time and money before you know it. (Don't waste your money on the MB II. It's fine, but for the extra money, the MB V3.0 is much better.)
