C300 radio head unit no power but display works
I have a 2010 c300 had an issue with car. Took it to import car repair several times with same problem.found out he could not fix it after 3 months of giving us the runaround. Took it to dealer which was steering lock replaced. Just to give u heads up part was 550 to program key was was 350 labor was over a 1000. Unreal. When we got vehicle back he told us we need a battery which I figured it’s been sitting 3months. Picked up car on Sunday got a battery. Started driving home notice radio wasn’t working at all. Started researching pulled radio out replaced fuse in back it was blown notice the face of unit came off and saw a disconnected ribbon. Thinking somebody robbed while it was sitting 3 months. Turn power on nothing. Went online bought a radio unit received in a couple of days installed the radio display shows radio station the control knob at arm rest works fine. But the radio head unit doesn’t light up or respond on any of the buttons I push the radio knob or turn control knob nothing. Push system or phone or aux nothing.it’s like it has no power.the steering wheel controls the channel and volume fine but that’s it. Wondering if it’s a code issue because of replacing steering wheel lock. And yes I replaced #26 fuse. Any thoughts

2010 c300
None of the buttons work on the head unit the on/off sys disc phone aux numbers when u push them they don’t respond they don’t light up at night when lights are on. The display on top dash shows channel sound is coming out no problem with that. I only can change station with steering wheel and the knob by the gear shifter..the volume works on steering that’s it
