Driver side speacker stop working

I need help figuring out why my all of my driver side speakers and the main back speaker stop working. I had an amp and sub installed on my car months ago and it was working fine and then last week all of a sudden it stopped working. i had my husband take a look and he noticed that the speakers on the left side and the main back speaker also stopped working. Everything else works fine just those don't. The custom amp and sub work fine when connected to my husbands truck but it will not work on my car. He did check all the fuses to make sure they weren't burnt and they are all good. Is there anything else we should be checking or looking for? Any help will be appreciated.

audio amp

good job with the troubleshooting

So your amp is all good but you are missing couple channels.
Try to switch the L> R inputs around to figure if bad inputs are your issue.

It can be it the source that is having problems. Is your new amp connected after existing one or ...?
