need advice on alignment
The alignment shop tells me they can't make the alignment perfect cuz I need a "camber kit" they say the front kit is $65 and the rear is $250(4 total kits). My questions are what does the kit consist of, where to buy them, and how much should they cost. Thanks for any and all help!! Oh, have a 2012 C300 Sport 4matic

Seems strange that your camber numbers are that far out of spec. In particular, it's unusual to see such a difference on the two sides of the car - left side is way out, right side is basically fine. Is the car all stock? Any accidents ever?

Go to geardriven 101 and search my vids.
I had to do camber kits on all 4 corners to get everything green. I show the kits and their install in the video. I didn’t go into great detail to keep the video as short as I could but the rear is a pain to install. Front is easy. They will probably ball park any changes as adjustments are time consuming, I do all my own work so I was OCD about it. It took me 3 times adjusting and aligning to be happy.

Yes OEM the often quoted re assuring “Full Front & Rear ‘4’ Wheel Alignment” is in fact only Toe (directional adjustment).
No front Camber or Caster and no rear Camber to adjust tire contact angles spread load more evenly to resolve costly, premature edge tire wear.
New car industry's best kept secret - It is all to do with cost cutting and ever increasing speed of OEM assembly lines.
We saw the need therefore to reinstate from the early 90’s once again front and rear adjustment. A “TOTAL SYSTEM” when it comes to wheel alignment. Or performance driving / Track days (and being really serious about the pursuit of front row of the grid lap times).
“Unique KMAC patented designs” allow front and rear adjustment plus importantly easily accessible and precise single wrench. Accurately – UNDER LOAD DIRECT ON ALIGNMENT RACK. Along with performance bushings for tauter response - less twitch, flex, loss of traction.
See spoiler re all W204 models incl. AMG & Black Series.
