C250 2013 Coupe, what's the brake pads thickness? is 1mm ok?
Never replaced brake pads since day 1, and got about 72000+ miles. My last dealer maintenance told me front pads is 1mm and back is 8mm. Should I replaced it now? What's the original pads thickness? so that i can estimate how long i can drive till Warning light show up.

Usual minimal thickness is 3mm for change out but most will change at 4-5mm since ,when this thin, the wear rate is accelerated (increased heat) Did your Dealer not really press you to change the 1mm fronts ? Original pad thickness for the fronts vary from make to make..10-12mm is new. IMHO you should get new fronts NOW.

The next thing you’re going to hear without warning is grinding of the pad backing plate against the disc. C-Class non-AMG cars only have wear indicators on the inboard pads of the right front and rear wheels. Pads rarely wear evenly. 1mm pad thickness is borderline dangerous.
